You may have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment. Position Details

Role: Customer Advisor (Part-Time)

Location: Scarborough

Hours: 16 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays, with good availability required.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

£11.70 per hour (21+), with pay increase to £12.05 after completing retail induction stages. Rates for younger age groups are also provided.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily KPIs

• Support store standards, product placement, and stockroom organization
