A leading optical retailer in Bath is seeking enthusiastic customer service assistants to join their team. In this role, you will engage with customers, assist with in-store promotions, and ensure the shop operates smoothly. Comprehensive training is provided, and candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork. The position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at £12.40, with additional benefits including a retirement savings plan and employee discounts.
The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The role will increase after 6 months in role.
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include helping on the tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop.
