Salary: £24,000 (negotiable) plus 29 days holiday, modern relaxed office environment

Our client, a well-established company supplying the retail industry, is relocating from Wellingborough to larger premises in the Kettering area. They are expanding their team and are looking to recruit a Customer Sales Administrator to join their friendly, small office environment.
Role Overview: This role involves responding to customer queries and orders, supporting the sales team with administrative duties, and maintaining good rapport with customers over the phone. There is no direct selling involved.
Initial Contract: The position starts on a temporary basis with weekly pay, providing an opportunity to get a feel for the role. There is potential to become a permanent team member after a short period.
Candidate Requirements:
Responsibilities include taking and making customer calls, inputting orders into the SAGE system, and supporting the office team.
