Customer Account Manager
Location: Immingham Office
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary with up to £6k Commission per annum

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition
  • Building long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Negotiating effectively to increase margins and meet targets
  • Working collaboratively within a professional, quality-focused sales team
