Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in Swindon is hiring a Customer Account Executive to join our UK Customer Success Team.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, drive eligible opportunities, and ensure an outstanding experience while promoting Corpay's card payments solutions. Based at our Swindon office five days a week, you will work with internal teams to grow revenue, cross-sell relevant products, and support customers from onboarding through ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Account management experience (advantageous).
• Experience in phone-based or customer engagement roles preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs in a results-driven environment.

This position falls under our Card Payments line of business, based in Swindon.In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as an Account Executive, on a permanent, full-time basis.Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
