Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a dedicated candidate for a B2B customer service role in Stevenage. The role involves managing a portfolio of business customers, delivering high levels of service, and working in a fast-paced environment with an office-based schedule (4 days a week).

You will build strong internal and external relationships, handle order administration, coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations, and thrive in a collaborative team.

Job description

This position will suit someone who enjoys working with business based customers, has a great level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys working within a fast paced environment. The suitable candidate must be within a commutable distance to Stevenage as this is based in the office 4 days a week.

Salary - up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with 4 days in and 1 from home

Some of the duties will include:

• Working with a portfolio of business based customers, being the primary point of contact
• Building strong working relationships internally and externally
• Providing a high level of service to customers
• Regular check ins with allocated customers, reviewing needs and supporting on any queries
• Order administration, supporting customers with their orders
• Working closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Working well within a team environment
• Providing administrative support where necessary
