The role focuses on driving performance and building strategic relationships with stakeholders to improve service delivery for individuals on probation and those leaving prison.

Experience working in Justice or a similar public service sector is highly desirable.
Whilst we welcome those with lived experience, this role requires an enhanced DBS check and Enhanced L1 Security vetting by HMPPS. As we wait for background checks to be completed, you’ll have opportunities to shadow your colleagues, ask questions, and learn the ropes.
