Responsibilities

• Line management of teachers, including sickness, holidays, and check-ins.
• Lead quality monitoring: observations, moderation and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Deputy Head to gather information for SAR and QIP.
• Be part of leadership team, supporting strategy and monthly leadership meetings.
