Responsibilities

• Line Management: oversee a team of teachers, including sickness, holidays and regular check-ins.
• Quality Monitoring & Improvement: lead quality monitoring, observations, moderation and improvement activities.
• Data Gathering & Reporting: work with the Deputy Head to gather information for SAR and QIP.
• Leadership Contribution: participate in leadership meetings and help implement the college strategy and business plan.
