Role Description

Southwark College, part of NCG Group, is seeking a talented Curriculum Manager to lead the ESOL Study Programme (ESOL Young) for learners aged 16-18. The role is based at Southwark College, near Waterloo Station, and involves line managing a team of 5 academic staff.

The successful candidate will oversee approximately 150 students studying on ESOL-focused Study Programmes. Responsibilities include developing an innovative curriculum centered on ESOL, maths, and providing tutorial and enrichment activities. The college offers excellent resources and modern ESOL classrooms.
