Job summary

Dovetail and Slate is aiding an FE college in North West London by placing an Interim Curriculum Manager - Engineering to lead the Engineering curriculum and ensure high standards across provision.

You will guide teaching teams, monitor learner outcomes and drive curriculum planning, quality and performance in collaboration with senior leadership. This is a senior interim role focused on engineering leadership.

We are currently supporting an FE college in North West London in the appointment of an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Engineering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering curriculum professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing curriculum delivery and supporting high standards across the Engineering provision.

The Role

• Lead and manage the Engineering curriculum area.
• Support and develop teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.
• Monitor teaching, learning and learner outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum planning, quality and performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership and curriculum teams.
• Support the continued development and improvement of Engineering programmes.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in FE Engineering, particularly those who have held roles such as:

• Curriculum Manager / Curriculum Lead
• Head of Engineering
• Programme Leader / Course Leader
• Engineering Lecturer / Senior Lecturer
• Engineering curriculum or departmental leadership roles

You should have strong knowledge of Engineering within an FE setting, alongside previous experience of curriculum leadership, quality assurance and supporting teaching teams.
