Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a respected education provider to appoint an ambitious Curriculum Manager to lead a personal development and PSHE programme for learners aged 16-19 in London.

This part-time, permanent role offers a 4-day week (28 hours) with excellent benefits, including free lunches, and a chance to shape an Ofsted-recognised curriculum that supports young people to thrive.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Level 2 English and Maths.
• Teaching qualification desirable.
• Experience delivering PSHE/personal development or related education programmes.
• Strong curriculum planning and development skills.
• Confident covering citizenship, careers, inclusion, politics and youth topics.
• Passionate about supporting young people to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Teaching approximately 12-14 hours per week.
• Leading and supporting the Personal Development Tutor.
• Ensuring curriculum content remains relevant, engaging and inclusive.
• Using learner voice, research and current affairs to shape programme development.
• Facilitating complex and sensitive discussions safely and respectfully.
• Overseeing curriculum resources across wider provision.
• Supporting PSHE delivery within associated school provision.

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a respected education provider seeking an ambitious and inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead a highly successful Personal Development and PSHE programme for young people aged 16-19.

The Role

You will lead the design, development and delivery of a broad personal development curriculum covering areas such as:

• Mental health and wellbeing
• Relationships and sexual health
• Citizenship and politics
• Equality, diversity and inclusion
• Careers and employability
• Finance and economic awareness
• Sustainability and climate issues
• Identity, ethics and contemporary social topics

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching approximately 12-14 hours per week
