Job summary

Stanmore College seeks a Curriculum Manager for Engineering and the Built Environment to lead one of the College’s fast-growing curriculum areas. You will manage a team of lecturers and shape provision while delivering high-quality, industry-aligned education during a period of redevelopment.

You will drive strategic growth, strengthen industry links, and ensure learners have access to progression routes into higher education, apprenticeships or employment across engineering and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of lecturers, supporting performance management and professional development.
• Drive excellent standards in teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure strong student outcomes.
• Develop and enhance a forward-thinking curriculum reflecting industry needs and progression paths.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including recruitment, retention, achievement and student satisfaction.
• Ensure quality assurance processes, including internal verification and continuous improvement.
