A leading nursery provider is looking for a passionate Curriculum Lead and Nursery Deputy Manager to support daily operations and enhance our EYFS curriculum. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in early years settings and qualifications in Early Years education. Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and shape an outstanding curriculum? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Curriculum Lead and Nursery Deputy Manager to join our nurturing and forward-thinking nursery team.
As our Curriculum Lead and Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:
You will have significant experience working in a busy early years childcare setting and be able to lead and develop curriculum, plus oversee the nursery in the manager’s absence
You will meet the person specification. An enhanced DBS and other checks will be undertaken. Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent is the minimum requirement, but we would also strongly welcome applications from higher Early Years qualifications at levels 4, 5 or 6, as this is a senior development role

Salary: circa £30,000, according to qualification level, skills and experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (8-4 or 10-8) or 38 hours over 4 days (8-6) flexibility will be required when covering staff absence to maintain ratios. This is an all-year round post
Location: initially footprints@hattonhill nursery in Litherland, but there may be a future requirement to support our other nursery teams with curriculum development
