Total People, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, has an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to join our team as a Curriculum & Performance Manager - Technical and Trades.

This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week), based at our Wythenshawe campus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum, including overseeing learning coaches.
• Ensure effective implementation of learner journey processes, curriculum design, innovation, learner progression, and quality of provision.

Requirements

• Hold or work towards a Certificate in Education (Level 4) or equivalent.
• Vocational experience in at least one curriculum area of responsibility.
• Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience in creating and delivering high-quality learning programmes.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and travel as required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to support team development.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with diverse groups.
