In the role of Curriculum Administrator, you’ll predominantly be based at Springfield and your focus will be on providing accurate, efficient and confidential administrative support to the curriculum team, helping courses and student activities run smoothly
Your key responsibilities will include supporting admissions and enrolment, maintaining student and course records, monitoring absence and registers, and acting as a main point of contact for students, staff and visitors. You’ll also work with colleagues across the College to make sure information is recorded and shared promptly.
Ideally, you’ll have a Level 2 qualification in English and maths, or be able to demonstrate equivalent ability, alongside experience in a customer service environment. It’s important that you’re confident using Microsoft Office, communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure and use your initiative to resolve issues, while demonstrating our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
