Job Description:

We are seeking a Deputy Production Technician - Lighting to join our onboard team. Begin your new career with Cunard and be part of a prestigious maritime entertainment experience.

Supporting the Assistant Manager Production, you will ensure the effective operation of the ship's stage systems and events, contributing to successful entertainment productions. Your responsibilities include providing technical support for shows, activities, talks, and events, all while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform maintenance and keep equipment records
  2. Assist with technical support for productions
  3. Support scenery construction
  4. Set up and operate technical equipment
  5. Assist with loading and unloading entertainment equipment
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry qualification in Sound, Lighting, or Stage Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a live theatre environment
  • Basic operational knowledge of Audio Visual equipment
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures in Production
