Job summary

Global is seeking an Events & Programme Coordinator to deliver hands-on coordination across Talent Development, Culture & Inclusion, and Internal Communications. You will plan, coordinate, and support learning activities and internal campaigns to create seamless, inclusive experiences for Globallers.

You’ll own end-to-end logistics, reports and content updates, working closely with diverse teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and engaging experiences.

• Clear communication with stakeholders across teams.
• Proactive, takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion.
• Strong organisation and planning with multiple programmes and deadlines.
• Attention to detail in data, invites, calendars and logistics.
• Digital and data confidence with spreadsheets and simple reports.
• Collaborates effectively with diverse teams and networks.

Responsibilities

• Culture, Inclusion & Engagement: deliver internal campaigns and in-person events, coordinate networks and recognition activities.
• Talent Development: schedule learning activities, manage invites, track attendance and support induction workflows.
• Internal Communications: create on-brand graphics, run competitions, and manage post-event follow-ups.
