Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Chief People Officer to join the People Directorate senior leadership team. You will lead major people transformation programmes, drive continuous improvement, champion inclusive leadership and strengthen governance and workforce outcomes.
You will deputise for the Chief People Officer and collaborate with executive and clinical leaders across the Trust and NHS networks to deliver the People Plan.
As Deputy Chief People Officer, you will be a key member of the People Directorate senior leadership team and a trusted partner to executive and clinical leaders across the Trust.
