Job summary

Withers is recruiting a Programme Manager - Culture & Change to execute the firm’s culture and transformation agenda. You will translate strategic objectives into structured programmes, support senior leaders, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable impact.

The role involves cross‑regional collaboration, governance, and effective stakeholder communication from our London base with potential travel. The ideal candidate will have strong programme management and change management experience in

Qualifications

Strong experience managing complex programmes or projects in professional services or similar environments.
Knowledge of governance, reporting, risk and dependency management.
Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Proactive, highly organised with a delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a portfolio of culture and change initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain programme plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across functions and regions to ensure alignment.
Prepare governance materials and updates for leadership forums and meetings.
Support adoption of new behaviours and processes through readiness activities and stakeholder engagement.
