Job summary

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Transformation Change Manager to join a major transformation programme within a complex, high-profile public sector organisation. The role focuses on culture, change and employee engagement across a large supply chain function, shaping and delivering a people and culture strategy that supports the wider transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in organisational change, culture transformation or employee engagement.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience developing and delivering change strategies, roadmaps and communications.
• Strong facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing or delivering leadership, coaching or learning interventions.
• A data-driven approach to measuring engagement, adoption and transformation outcomes.
• The ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a culture and change strategy aligned to organisational objectives, values and transformation goals.
• Assess organisational culture, capability and maturity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a clear culture and change roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
• Lead change initiatives across the people workstream and build engagement with employees and key stakeholders.
• Develop effective communications and engagement strategies to support adoption and embed sustainable change.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop their capability as culture and change champions.
• Support initiatives around leadership development, coaching, mentoring, training and employee engagement.
• Design and deliver interventions focused on behaviours, values, leadership and soft skills.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting to demonstrate progress and the impact of cultural change.
• Champion inclusive working practices and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
