Job summary

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a Culture & Change Lead to shape the future culture of the organisation. You will drive culture change programmes, lead employee engagement initiatives and develop organisational design capabilities at scale, partnering across Strategy, Transformation, Communications and HR & OD.

You will influence senior leaders and create an environment where staff thrive and services improve.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culture change in a large and complex organisation.
• Designing and delivering employee engagement and organisational effectiveness programmes.
• Organisational design and diagnostics experience.
• Experience supporting organisations through change and transformation.
• Ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders.
• Use data and evidence to diagnose issues and shape interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture, engagement, OD and change portfolio for the Council.
• Develop and deliver culture change programmes to drive performance and leadership capability.
• Oversee employee listening, People Survey activities and culture diagnostics with practical interventions.
• Ensure change is designed, communicated and embedded across the organisation.
