  • Leadership experience in a kitchen, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations with your team
  • Experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety
  • Understanding of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team
