Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing your team through training and coaching
  • Managing the line and planning shifts to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
