Job summary
Logistics UK seeks a Chief Technology Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Technology function, guiding the organisation’s digital transformation and technology-enabled performance. You will shape and deliver a technology strategy, align investments with business goals and support long-term growth.

Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience within IT, Digital or Technology.
- Proven success delivering technology strategies, digital transformation and change.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across Development, Infrastructure, Cyber and Information Security, Data and IT Support.
- Qualifications/certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP/CISM, PRINCE2 or Agile, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong track record managing technology budgets, suppliers and investments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Digital and Technology Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation programmes including AI adoption and system modernisation.
- Drive modernisation of business systems and processes and replace legacy tools.
- Oversee delivery of technology projects on time and within budget.
- Manage technology suppliers, contracts and service levels.
