Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the BL's transformation vision, integrating product lifecycle management and AI into the operating model.
• Lead engagement with Global BL and Geo technology teams to ensure coordinated execution of the transformation strategy.
• Lead the evolution of engineering delivery from a traditional SDLC to a product/service-oriented capability model.
• Provide technical leadership across bids and proposals, ensuring approaches align to modern software engineering and product delivery methods.
