Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a DVS CTO to lead technology strategy, architecture, and execution of the Digital Video Services portfolio, including AVS and AMAP. You will drive product innovation and scalability to meet client and market needs across telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming clients.

You will lead cloud-native, data, and AI-driven platforms, build a vision and roadmap, mentor global engineering teams, and collaborate with sales and product groups to translate market demands

Qualifications

Experience leading product and platform engineering in media/streaming environments.
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
Proven track record scaling complex platforms and leading distributed engineering teams.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP).
Lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions.
Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale.
Drive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems.
Lead and mentor global engineering teams.
