Job summary

Accenture seeks a DVS CTO to steer technology strategy, architecture, and execution for the Digital Video Services portfolio, including AVS and AMAP. You will shape the product platform roadmap, drive cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure scalable delivery for telco, media, broadcasting and streaming clients.

Lead global engineering teams, partner with sales and product, and champion reliability, performance, and security at scale.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in product/platform engineering in media/telco/broadcasting/streaming contexts.
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices and data platforms.
Experience scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global teams.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate market needs into roadmaps.
Experience with video platforms, broadcast workflows or advertising tech ecosystems.
Knowledge of reliability, latency, QoS and large-scale content operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP).
Lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions.
Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.

Lead and mentor global engineering teams.
