Job summary

Accenture is seeking a DVS CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for the Digital Video Services portfolio, including AVS and AMAP. The role drives product innovation, scalability, and alignment with telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming client needs.

You will lead cloud-native architecture and AI-enabled platforms, partnering with sales and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product and platform engineering leadership in media or streaming environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities to translate needs into scalable roadmaps.
• Experience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, or advertising tech ecosystems.
• Understanding broadcasting needs like reliability, latency, and large-scale content operations is advantageous.
• Experience with OTT or ad monetization platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP).
• Lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale.
