Qualifications

• Experience leading within a technology professional services organisation with client-facing services.
• Proven ability to own or evolve a technology capability, and drive workforce planning and commercial growth outcomes.
• Track record of influencing business growth through market engagement or strategic partnerships.
• Leadership history creating and evolving strategy with outcomes in thought leadership and talent growth.
• Credible combination of technical insight and commercial acumen in a capability domain.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve a capability strategy that drives thought leadership, innovation, talent development and growth.
• Define and maintain Services and Accelerators aligned to Sector needs.
• Deliver external thought leadership and build the capability's profile.
• Align capability support to Sector-led pursuits and sales with executive input.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Shape long-term talent and skills strategy to meet sector demand.
• Collaborate with BU Operations and Talent Acquisition for workforce planning.
• Set direction for capability learning and skills uplift.
• Foster professional identity, belonging and engagement within the capability.
• Define and advocate for standards, patterns and best practices for delivery quality.
• Evolve services and AI-first approaches aligned to sector and BU strategies.
• Identify and manage capability risks and succession plans.
