Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire is seeking an experienced CT radiographer to join the leadership team and drive high-quality, patient-centred CT services in a busy hospital environment.

The post requires managing radiographic, admin and clerical staff, assistant practitioners, radiology assistants and students, while providing clear clinical leadership for day-to-day departmental operations and maintaining high professional standards.

• Carry out the full range of imaging/duties within the CT area to a consistently high standard
• Contribute to operational management and delivery of high-quality CT services; monitor performance and staff-related KPIs

The successful candidate will play a key role within the department's leadership team, contributing to the operational management and delivery of high-quality CT services. Responsibilities will include the management and monitoring of departmental performance and staff-related KPIs, maintaining professional standards, and supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly motivated radiographer with strong people-management skills and a passion for continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high clinical standards while ensuring compassionate, patient-focused care at all times., To manage radiographic, admin & clerical staff, assistant practitioners, radiology assistants and students within a designated area/department, provide clear clinical leadership for the day to day organisation of the departmental section in accordance with professional and departmental protocols To carry out the full range of imaging/duties within specialised area, to be consistently high standard. Applicants must possess extensive UK experience as an CT Radiographer, with a proven ability to work within a busy clinical environment and contribute to service development and operational excellence.
