Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's radiology department at Wythenshawe Hospital is seeking experienced CT radiographers to join the CT Team. The role involves delivering high-quality CT imaging, supporting lung cancer initiatives, and working within a busy multi-disciplinary team on a 7-day/24-hour rota.

You should have a minimum of 2 years post-registration radiographic experience and at least 12 months in CT, with HCPC registration and evidence of audit or research skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-registration radiographic experience.
• Minimum of 12 months experience within CT.
• Evidence of audit or research skills.
• Knowledge of specialised imaging techniques, preferably within CT.
• Knowledge of advanced CT Techniques.
• HCPC registration.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality, safe and efficient CT imaging.
• To provide supervision and training for junior Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, Radiographic helpers and Student Radiographers.
