We are seeking a Band 6 Computed Tomography (CT) specialist radiographer to join our imaging department at Weston General Hospital. This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 1 year, averaging 37.5 hours per week across a 6-week rota including night shifts.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years CT experience, with previous NHS experience essential. The department supports postgraduate training and CPD, and applicants will be involved in training student radiographers.
Key responsibilities include producing high-quality images, participating in a 24-hour rotational shift pattern, and demonstrating expert knowledge of CRIS and PACS. Excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a passion for service improvement are required.
