TOPPAN Trident UK Limited in Hull is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a permanent, full-time contract (35 hours per week). Salary is £28-£35k per annum.

You will lead projects, drive solutions, and foster growth through strong client relationships. We value collaboration, empathy and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for funded professional qualifications and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar customer service role, ideally with knowledge of artwork reprographics.
• Strong relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborative team player with proactive problem-solving abilities.
