Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a CSOT Analyst (LDO) in London to monitor and resolve operational, data, and system issues. You will support cash management, reporting, and investment book of record processes while working with trading, legal, and technology teams.

You will analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder communication. A focus on continuous improvement and learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge of investment operations and products.
• Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose issues and assess impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with capital markets systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support controls across Short-Term Cash Management and related areas.
• Work independently on recurring responsibilities; seek guidance for complex matters.
• Review and assist with colleagues’ resolution of daily operational controls.
• Develop and apply knowledge of investment products, transactions, and systems.
