Capital Group is seeking a CSOT Analyst (LDO) to support investment operations by monitoring controls, resolving issues, and coordinating with technology teams. You will contribute to short-term cash management, cash projections, and manager book of record oversight, working across investment operations and business partners.

A strong background in investment operations, analytical thinking, and clear communication are essential.

• Strong industry knowledge of investment operations, investment products, transaction flows, and relevant controls.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and sound judgment when working through issues of moderate complexity.
• Business acumen and the ability to understand stakeholder needs, assess impacts, and connect operational activity to investment and client outcomes.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor and support recurring controls across Short-Term Cash Management, Cash Projections, and related oversight.
• Analyze and resolve operational, data, and system issues with stakeholders across teams.
• Collaborate with Investment Operations, trading, legal, and technology to diagnose issues and coordinate resolution.
• Develop working knowledge of books of record, systems, data, and controls that support CSOT capabilities.
• Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and documentation; build stakeholder relationships.
