Job summary

Linsco is seeking an experienced CSCS Traffic Marshal to manage vehicle access and traffic flow on a busy construction site in Wyke, Surrey. The role requires coordinating with site managers and crane operators to uphold safety standards on a dynamic site.

Pay rate is £16.50 per hour (CIS available). Start date 14/09/2026. Duration: ongoing. Applicants must hold valid CSCS and Banksman certificates and wear full PPE on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or skilled card).
• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Certificate.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis trousers & vest, steel-toe boots).
• Proven experience working on active construction sites.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct heavy site traffic, plant machinery, and delivery vehicles safely into and out of the site using standard hand signals and radio communication.
• Manage vehicle access gates and log all incoming and outgoing site deliveries.
• Ensure safe pedestrian routes are maintained and maintain clear exclusion zones around working machinery.

• Direct heavy site traffic, plant machinery, and delivery vehicles safely into and out of the site using standard hand signals and radio communication.

• Manage vehicle access gates and log all incoming and outgoing site deliveries.

• Ensure safe pedestrian routes are maintained and maintain clear exclusion zones around working machinery.
