Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan in Portishead is seeking a reliable Labourer to join a new construction site. This hands-on role supports the initial setup and readiness of the site for ongoing work.

You will assist with site setup, put up temporary barriers and fencing, install signage, and maintain safe access routes while working outdoors in all weather. Previous site experience is preferred, and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

Labourer – Portishead

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a new construction site in Portishead.

This is a hands-on role supporting the initial setup of the site. You will be assisting the site team with a variety of general labouring duties, helping to ensure the site is safely organised and ready for ongoing construction.

The role will include helping with site setup, putting up temporary barriers and fencing, installing signage, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting the wider site team with general duties as required. The work will be predominantly outdoors, so candidates should be comfortable working in all weather conditions and carrying out physical tasks throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to get stuck in. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred, particularly for someone who has experience with site setup or similar duties, although the right attitude and willingness to work are equally important.

Key requirements:
