Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a reliable Labourer to join a new construction site in Fairford. This hands-on role supports site setup and daily labouring duties outdoors, ensuring safe access routes and orderly work areas.

You will help install temporary barriers, fencing, and signage, work well with the site team, and demonstrate a practical attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is essential.
• Previous construction or labouring experience preferred.
• Experience with site setup, fencing or signage is advantageous.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site setup and initial groundwork.
• Put up temporary barriers and fencing and install signage.
• Maintain safe access routes and tidy work areas.
• Support the wider site team with general duties as required.
