Job Advert: CSCS Labourer - Swansea City Centre (Commercial Project)

Location: Swansea City Centre
Position: CSCS Labourer
Project Type: Commercial
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working CSCS Labourer to join our team on a commercial project in Swansea City Centre. Working hours will be 7:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties on-site

• Use of hand tools for various tasks

• Assisting trades as required

• Keeping the site clean and safe

• Operating a PECO lift (if IPAF qualified)

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• IPAF licence (preferable - to operate PECO)

• Experience working on commercial sites

• Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)

• Good work ethic and punctuality
