Responsibilities

• Site Preparation and Maintenance: Cleaning and clearing work areas, removing hazards, ensuring the site remains safe, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Material Handling and Logistics: Unloading, moving, and distributing building materials, tools, and equipment to various tradespeople across the site.
• Assisting Skilled Trades: Supporting carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers, and other specialists with basic tasks which can include mixing mortar, prepping surfaces, or holding materials in place.
