Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced CSCS Groundworker to join long-term projects at RAF Brize Norton. This role involves general groundworks, drainage, ducting, foundations, kerbing, and landscaping on a major MOD site, with safety at the forefront of every task.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with a valid Blue CSCS Card preferred and civils experience. Weekly pay and ongoing opportunities through 2026 are available on nationally significant MOD infrastructure

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card preferred.
• Experience in drainage, ducting, foundations, landscaping, or general civils.
• Strong understanding of site safety and working around heavy plant.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks including drainage, service ducting, foundations, kerbing, and landscaping.
• Assist with infrastructure installation and site preparation.
• Work safely alongside plant and machinery on a busy civil engineering project.
• Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately.
• Support site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to programme.
