Job summary

VGC Group are seeking an experienced CSCS Cleaner to join a great team on a Major Infrastructure Project in Devonport, Plymouth. This contract is available to start immediately subject to BPSS Vetting. Role: CSCS Cleaner. Location: Plymouth.

Salary: £14.72 per hour, 1.5 x rate after 39 hours in a week, 1.5 x rate first 4 hours on a Saturday, 2 x rate rest of the weekend. Hours: 10 hour Shifts. Shift Pattern: (phone number removed) shifts starting in February 2027. Contract: Full time.

Qualifications

• CSCS Green Card required.
• Minimum 3 years on major civils or RC Frames cleaning.
• Must pass BPSS and drugs test on induction.

Responsibilities

• Keep construction areas clean and safe, removing debris and waste.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping of site facilities and access routes.
• Assist with routine site duties and support to other trades as required.

CSCS Cleaner - Plymouth, Devonport - PL1 4SG

VGC Group are seeking an experienced CSCS Cleaner to join a great team on a Major Infrastructure Project in Devonport, Plymouth. This contract is available to start immediately subject to BPSS Vetting.

Role: CSCS Cleaner

Location: Plymouth

Duration: 4 years +

Benefits: 31 days holiday per year, training and upskilling provided if relevant to role, pension, £3 a day brief allowance

Subsistence:

• Lodge available at £53.69 per night for anyone living over 50 miles from site.


• Daily Travel allowance available for any operative not on lodge commuting more than 9 miles (in line with CIJC)

Experience: 3 years + in Major Civils or RC Frames

• Previous Construction Cleaning Experience

You must provide proof of right to work in UK and pass a drugs and alcohol test upon induction.
