Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited seeks a dedicated cleaner for a full-time role on a major MOD redevelopment site in Plymouth. You will carry out general cleaning duties across the construction site, keeping offices and welfare areas tidy and safe under RAMS and site rules.

We offer a PAYE contract with 30 days holiday per year, lodge/digs eligibility, and a supportive team environment focused on safe, reliable income and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• CSCS Green Labourer Card is required.
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Previous construction/site experience preferred.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across the construction site.
• Keep site offices, welfare areas and work areas clean and tidy.
• Remove waste and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work alongside site teams to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
• Follow site procedures, RAMS and health and safety requirements.
