Job summary

Salter Grange Limited, on behalf of our client, a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe, is seeking a CSA Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site operations for the CSA package.

You will work closely with the Project Operations Manager, EHS Lead and CSA Package Manager to ensure safe, high-quality delivery against programme, with responsibility for safety, QA, schedule and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years' experience in site management.
• Professional qualification in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of CSA systems.
• Willingness to travel for the role.
• Excellent subcontractor collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for the CSA packages.
• Oversee setup, management and close-out of the safety file.
• Oversee QA file setup, management and close-out.
• Maintain familiarity with the project schedule with trades and leads.
• Coordinate weekly subcontractor progress meetings and look aheads.
• Manage material deliveries, plant, equipment, and variations.
• Support close-out of O&M manuals, punch lists and safety/QA files.
• Prepare weekly progress reports highlighting risks such as late deliveries.
