Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting for a CSA Construction Manager to lead day-to-day on-site operations for CSA packages on a live data centre project in Vienna. You will work with the Project Operations Manager, EHS Lead and CSA Package Manager to deliver on time and within safety and quality requirements.

The role requires 6–8 years of site management experience, a construction management qualification, and strong CSA systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years’ site management and installation experience.
• Professional qualification in construction management.
• Strong subcontractor collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for CSA packages.
• Oversee safety, QA and look-ahead scheduling with trades.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, EHS Lead and CSA Package Manager.
• Track costs, subcontractors, deliveries and variations.
• Maintain weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and document punch lists.
• Support close-out of O&M manuals, safety and QA files.
