Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting for a CSA Package Manager to take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a live data centre project in France. You will lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

You will manage safety, design interfaces, quality, cost reporting, and progression with a focus on delivering complex data centre projects within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Formal health and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CSA packages from start to finish and manage delivery strategies.
• Lead on-site health and safety, promote a safety-first culture and review RAMS and permits.
• Coordinate design interfaces between CSA, MEP and vendor teams and manage RFIs and design changes.
• Drive quality to meet ITPs, manage inspections and close non-conformances.
• Support budgets, cost reporting, progress valuations and identify commercial risks.
• Contribute to delivery programmes, track progress and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate readiness for commissioning and handover including punch lists and as-built docs.
