Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Northumberland near Blyth is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead architectural/CSA fit-out packages on a flagship data centre programme. You will manage a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers, drive programme sequencing and cost control, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure quality handover and close-out.

Qualifications

• Data centre experience is mandatory.
• 10+ years in a main contracting environment delivering large-scale projects.
• CSA/architectural fit-out on high-spec builds.
• Solid grasp of programme logic, sequencing and cost control in fast-track environments.
• Strong communication and leadership for multi-discipline teams and stakeholders.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management / Engineering / related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers to deliver Architectural / CSA fit-out works.
• Manage delivery of high-spec finishes, raised floors, clean rooms, and related fit-out elements.
• Oversee programme management, sequencing, milestones, cost control and commercial reviews.
• Coordinate subcontracts, vendor management and package coordination.
• Lead client-facing progress meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure quality assurance through to handover/close-out (O&M, warranties, documentation).
• Interface with MEP and commissioning teams.
