Role Overview

As a Cryptocurrency Trader, you will be responsible for executing high-value trades, managing risk, and leveraging market trends to maximize profitability. This role is designed for experienced traders who understand technical and fundamental analysis, market movements, and strategic trading across multiple crypto assets.

This is a high-performance, high-reward role where you will earn 1.3% commission on all executed trades, providing unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute real-time trades across spot, margin, and futures markets on major exchanges.
2. Analyze market trends, price action, and trading patterns to identify profitable trade setups.
3. Develop and implement trading strategies that maximize profit while mitigating risk.
4. Utilize advanced technical analysis tools (moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci, etc.).
5. Monitor market news, on-chain data, and macroeconomic factors that impact cryptocurrency markets.
6. Work closely with The Suit Team’s investment strategists to align trades with overall portfolio objectives.
7. Manage and optimize risk exposure using stop-loss orders, leverage strategies, and hedging techniques.
8. Stay ahead of the competition by researching emerging trends in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 assets.
9. Ensure compliance with trading regulations and security protocols for safe asset management.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading (minimum 2 years preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis in crypto markets.
3. Proficiency with major crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, OKX, Coinbase Pro, etc.).
4. Ability to trade in multiple market conditions (bull/bear, high volatility, and low liquidity environments).
5. Understanding of on-chain analytics, tokenomics, and DeFi protocols.
6. Strong risk management skills – ability to limit losses and protect capital.
7. Experience with algorithmic trading, AI trading bots, or quantitative strategies is a plus.
8. A self-motivated, high-performance mindset with a results-driven approach.
9. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying accountable to performance metrics.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other traders and analysts.
