Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to guide crypto compliance across our UK operations. You will define and maintain regulatory controls, collaborate with product and operations teams, and supervise the regulatory relationship with authorities to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving standards.

The role requires deep understanding of digital asset products, regulatory risk, and the ability to drive policy across fast-moving fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and markets.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as crypto regulatory lead under FCA authorisation and supervision (SMF16) in the UK.
• Develop and implement a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications and ongoing approvals.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Support interactions with regulators and external bodies.
